IMPORTANT MESSAGE TO ONLINE BANKING AND BILL PAY CLIENTS

Non-Cash Management Online Banking Users:

Please review the important dates and information below as we complete the process of upgrading to a best-in-class Online Banking and Bill Pay system.

  • Online Banking access will be unavailable from 2:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, February 4th, 2016 through 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016.
  • Your Online ID is not changing, but your password will be different. Starting 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016 you will enter the last 4 digits of your taxpayer identification number as your password. From there you will be prompted to reset your password.
  • Internal and external transfers that have been scheduled for dates up to and through Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed as scheduled. Any transaction with an effective date greater than Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed on Monday, February 8th, 2016 through our new system.
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, January 28th, 2016 through 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016. Scheduled payments for effective date Thursday, January 28th, 2016 through Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will continue to process. Payments with an effective date of Friday, February 5th, 2016 will begin processing on Monday, February 8th, 2016 on our new system.
  • Electronic statements in our current Online Banking system will not be transferred to the new system. Please print or save copies of any statements you need prior to the Thursday, February 4th, 2016 system conversion date. After that date, you may request historical statements from your Financial Center representative.
  • Check images in our current Online Banking system will not be immediately available in the new system. Please print or save copies of any check images you need prior to the Thursday, February 4th, 2016 system conversion date. We will notify you as soon as check images become available in the new system. In the meantime, you may request historical check images from your Financial Center representative.
  • Clients receiving electronic statements will receive a paper statement only for the period ending Thursday, February 4th, 2016. Electronic statements will resume the following period.

  • Your login credentials are changing, a Representative of Pilot Bank will be contacting you with more details.
  • Internal and external transfers that have been scheduled for dates up to and through Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed as scheduled. Any transaction with an effective date greater than Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed on Monday, February 8th, 2016 through our new system.
  • Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning 3:00 p.m. EST on Thursday, January 28th, 2016 through 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016. Scheduled payments for payment dates Thursday, January 28th, 2016 through Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed as scheduled. Payments with an effective date of Friday, February 5th, 2016 will begin processing on Monday, February 8th, 2016 on our new system.
  • Wires requested before the cutoff (2:00 p.m. EST for international wire requests or 3:00 p.m. EST for domestic wire requests) on Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will be processed the same business day. If you need to send a wire on Friday, February 5th, 2016, please visit one of our Financial Centers. Starting at 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016 wires will be processed through our new system
  • ACH origination will be unavailable from 3:00 p.m. EST on Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016 through 9:00 a.m. EST on Monday, February 8th, 2016. ACH origination batches for effective date Tuesday, February 2nd, 2016Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will continue to process as scheduled. Any batches scheduled later than Thursday, February 4th, 2016 will need to be processed on our new system.
  • Electronic statements in our current Online Banking system will not be transferred to the new system.
