Pilot Bank Joins Outback Bowl
Tampa, FL – Outback Bowl officials announced today that Pilot Bank has joined the annual New Year’s Day bowl as an Official Game Sponsor in a multi-year agreement. Pilot will receive designation as the “Official Bank of the Outback Bowl” which celebrated its 31st game earlier this month and hosts teams from the Big Ten Conference and Southeastern Conference at Raymond James Stadium.
Pilot joins Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, Visit Tampa Bay & the Tampa Bay Sports Commission, and Visit St Pete-Clearwater in the bowls second highest category of sponsorship following title sponsor Outback Steakhouse.

The Outback Bowl attracts tens-of-thousands of out of market visitors from more than forty states who join local fans each year in generating an economic impact, estimated at $1 billion on the Tampa Bay area over its history. The game also generates tens-of-millions of dollars in exposure for the region each year and has contributed more than $136 million to universities over its history.
