Financial Center Manager

Summary

Responsible for overall management of a financial center staff.  Responsible for increasing business for the bank through business development calls to establish new deposit and loan relationships for the bank; including expanding existing relationships.

 

Essential Duties 

  • Provide support at all levels of financial center functions from operational to lending
  • Ensure proper scheduling of all team members is in place
  • Ensure all policies, procedures and audits are being completed properly and on time
  • Develop a sales plan and goals for the financial center to include implementation and results tracking
  • Coach, develop and train branch team members to ensure staff is properly trained on products and services as well as selling techniques
  • Coach, develop and train staff to ensure adherence to the highest standards of quality client advocacy
  • Develop ways to reward staff for meeting/achieving goals
  • Community and civic involvement

 

Education or Experience Preferred 

  • Bachelors in Business Administration and/or Finance or high school diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following areas:
  • Supervisory experience
  • Consumer and small business lending
  • Branch operations
  • Business development
